About the event
This in studio retreat is meant to nurture and care for the mother figures- whether you are one, know one, or are about to be one!
Treat yourself to two hours of meditation, movement, and energy work that will leave you feeling nurtured and held by candlelight.
As mother day approaches, we will focus our practice on restoring ourselves so that we can continue to show up for those we care for the most. Mother's day is not just about one day of "self care", rather, Margaux will cultivate an experience in which you will walk away empowered with the tools to make sure you are able to pour from a full cup.
Being a caregiver/mother takes strength- acknowledgement of both our power and vulnerability allows us to move forward from a place of wholeness.
